Q. How long will the Short Sale process take? A. On average from start to finish 90 Days.
Q. Will I have to pay you a commission? A. No, never. I get paid by your lender.
Q. Do you have to put a sign in my yard? A. No.
Q. I have renters in the home,what do I do? A. We have an in house property Manager,we'll work with your tenant.
