Temecula Short Sale Don't give up.

I'd like to be able to tell you that most of my clients short sales get approval quickly.
But that is not the case. Most take 2 to 3 months to complete & most all do get approved.

To get a short sale approved you have to keep pressing the bank and push to keep the bank
on task. If your not calling or checking in weekly there is a very good chance the file will be pushed
aside, ignored,and end up at the bottom of the large pile of other short sale files on the negotiators desk.
If your short sale is denied don't give up. A denied short sale is not a dead file. I have had clients who's short sale files have been denied three time before I have received the approval letter. You can not give up. I'm currently helping a client that has been denied twice for no good reason. His home is now due to be foreclosed upon next week. Now I have to go to battle and not take no for an answer. I call and I call till I can get to a manager to just spend 2 minutes with me to review the file. Well I get through to that right person and in just 2 minutes the file is approved and the foreclosure date postponed. All this is true and all this should not happen. Sometimes I have to fight so hard for my clients and then some short sales just get approved with very little effort???

Don't give up on your short sale, most can be approved even if they have been denied.
